For years, I was performing capable, while running on empty underneath it.
I had the credentials. I owned the gym. I was the person other women came to for answers about their health. And quietly, privately, I was exhausted. Hormonally unraveling. Doing everything the I was trained to do and still not feeling like great.
My energy was gone by mid-afternoon. My body wasn't responding the way it used to. I was working out consistently, eating carefully, and nothing was changing. My labs came back "normal." My doctor had nothing to offer me. I knew enough to know something was wrong. I didn't yet know what it was yet.
I started applying functional lab testing to my own body. I started looking at cortisol patterns, mineral ratios, hormonal markers, gut function, detox pathways. Things that standard medicine doesn't test because standard medicine doesn't look at the full picture.
What I found changed everything.
My cortisol was on the floor. My body was in a constant low-grade stress response. My workouts I'd been doing faithfully were making it worse. The diet I'd been on kept me underfed and on a blood sugar rollercoaster, perpetuating the exact cycle I was trying to break.

So, I rebuilt the strategy. Step by step, in the right order, for the body I was actually in: a woman's body, over 40, with real hormones and a real life. And my body responded in a way it hadn't in years.
Not a theory, a system I built in my own body first, tested on myself, then walked hundreds of women through. Step by step. For real.
This is not a before-and-after story. There is no before.
There is only the version of me that was using the wrong strategy, and the version of me that finally had the right one.
I have three children, including twins. I run a business. I have a marriage I still show up for at the end of the day. I train for strength, not punishment. I eat what I want including pizza on Fridays and wine when I feel like it without tracking, without negotiation, without a Monday reset.
My energy is stable. My body is responsive. My mind is clear.
This is not genetics. This is not luck. This is not discipline.
Honestly, it's a formula. And it works because I still use it every single day.

Czarinah is the Executive Assistant to Michele Scarlet, providing operational and administrative support across the business. From coordinating projects and managing schedules to overseeing podcast production and client communications, she helps keep the day-to-day operations organized and efficient.
